Bulk Aseptic Ground Tomatoes in Puree

Peeled diced tomatoes (3/8" x 1/2" x 3/8") are added to tomato puree and aseptically processed. The product is then filled into an aseptic bag. Citric acid as needed is added prior to the aseptic process.
