Canned choice diced tomatoes with ground chilies shall be prepared from tomatoes that have been washed, hand-sorted for quality, and peeled. A discriminating blend of tomatoes, green chilies, jalapeno chili peppers and lime juice is added. In addition, onions, garlic, and a blend of spices are added to make this an authentic southwestern-style item.
